We may collect submission details, locality, an optional name and contact details, and any photo you choose to attach.
How information is used
Information is used to review your submission, contact you when requested, update its status and publish an approved summary.
What may be public
After moderation, a title, sanitized summary, category, locality and status may be shown. Your name, phone, email and original photo are not shown on the Community Board.
Access and security
Only authorised team members can access private submission details. Tracking requires both the reference ID and private tracking code.
